Mullein leaves are commonly used for respiratory complaints. They have a soothing, hydrating effects on the lungs and contains saponins that loosens up mucus. Mullein is often used for chronic lung problems such as asthma, and COMPD. But also is helpful for colds and coughs (especially dry cough).
Make a 4-8 Ounce infusion and drink 2-4 times daily.
